  3. Assist in crafting comprehensive financial statements and reports.
  4. Manage general office administration, including phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
  5. Collaborate to streamline administrative processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
  6. Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and/or Office Administrator.
  2. Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Strong grasp of financial principles and accounting practices.
  4. Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
