Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and general office tasks, along with the ability to assist with the handling and management of grain products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and experience with office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and general administrative support
- Use QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with grain product inventory management and record keeping
- Support the team with customer service inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Handle data entry and maintain up-to-date office records
- Assist with any other office-related duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience with accounting functions is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous office experience preferred
- Ability to handle basic grain product-related tasks (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
