Diesel Mechanic

As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines used in various types of equipment and vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with diesel engines and systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify mechanical problems.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, components, and systems.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software proficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ASE certification is a plus.
