Pay: 18 - 25/hour (D.O.E)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate CNC machinery to produce precise parts for agricultural applications and other industrial products. 
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining. 
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. 
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues during the production process. 
• Ensure high-quality standards are met, including adherence to safety protocols. 
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment. 
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspections, measurements, and machine settings. 
• Collaborate with team members when necessary, but able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience operating CNC machines in an industrial or manufacturing environment. 
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine programming, setup, and operation  
• Experience with manufacturing components, particularly for agricultural or industrial applications, is highly desirable. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. 
• Proficient in measuring tools and inspection techniques (calipers, micrometers, etc.). 
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. 
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to follow safety procedures. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma  
• CNC certification or formal training. 
• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines. 
• Background in agricultural product manufacturing.
