No previous experience is required, but a strong work ethic and the ability to work in demanding environments are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks such as drilling, rig maintenance, and equipment handling.
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Follow directions from supervisors and work with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
