Farm Work - Entry Level

Position Summary

Supports research activities by performing routine research tasks undersupervision. Follows protocols to collect data and log data findings.

You Will:

• Participate in seed processing and packaging.
• Participate in field setup for yield and nursery operations
• Conduct other duties as they are assigned
• Adhere to all safety and seed stewardship expectations
• Identify improvement opportunities for operations.
• Communicate verbally and written
• Valid driver’s license

You Have:

Education

• HS/ GED

Experience

• +2 years relevant experience

Software/Skillset

• Basic knowledge of and ability to use information systems and applications (Ex: Microsoft office, etc.)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Other

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work Monday – Friday with some extended hours
• Attention to detail
