Cambridge, MN HireQuest Direct is looking for a Robotic Welder Operator in Braham, MN.

$17.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.

Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High school diploma/GED
• Knowledge of fixtures and weld set up parameters such as amps, volts, etc.
• Must have experience setting up and programming ABB welders
• Able to use a MIG welder
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and computer skills
• Knowledge of automation equipment, processes, and systems
• Interpret blueprints and drawings
• Read, interpret and perform welding techniques to fabricate parts to be used in the manufacturing of product
• Review program specifications or blueprints
• Clean machines, tooling, and parts using solvents or solutions
• Perform manual welding during robot weld cycle, if required
• Able to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance of robotic equipment and welding equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, twist and grip
