Job Title: Housekeeping / Cleaner – Restoration Support
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with cleaning and restoration projects. Workers will help clean and restore residential and commercial properties following water, fire, smoke, or other property damage.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize residential and commercial properties
Remove debris, damaged materials, and unwanted items
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces
Clean walls, floors, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas
Assist with furniture and contents removal
Pack, move, and organize household or business contents
Assist with water and damage cleanup
Load and unload materials, equipment, and debris
Perform light demolition and tear-out work as directed
Follow all safety procedures and company instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions
Comfortable performing physical labor
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in homes, businesses, and construction/restoration environments
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, construction, warehouse, or restoration experience is a plus but not required
Ideal Worker:
Someone who is dependable, hardworking, comfortable with physical work, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Restoration work can change from project to project, so flexibility is important.

Deep cleaning & sanitizing
Packing & moving contents
Debris removal
Light demolition / tear-out
Water damage cleanup
Fire & smoke cleanup support
Residential & commercial cleanup
