Now Hiring: General Site Labor & Construction Cleanup Crew – Immediate Temp Work Available
We are actively hiring dependable General Site Laborers to support construction projects, commercial job sites, warehouse cleanouts, and cleanup operations throughout the Everett and surrounding areas. These are immediate temp-to-ongoing opportunities for individuals who are ready to work, stay active, and be part of fast-paced job sites.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a General Site Laborer, you will be a key part of keeping job sites safe, clean, and productive. Daily responsibilities may include:
Job site cleanup (removing debris, scrap materials, trash, and hazards)
Sweeping, raking, and organizing materials to maintain safe walkways
Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and construction materials
Assisting skilled tradesmen (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.)
Light demolition work and basic tear-down support
Moving and staging materials across job sites
Helping with warehouse cleanouts, property cleanups, or junk removal projects
Following all safety procedures and site supervisor instructions
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for workers who are:
Reliable and show up ready to work every day
Physically capable of labor-intensive tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Comfortable working in outdoor, construction, or industrial environments
Team players who can take direction and stay productive
No experience required, but construction, cleanup, or general labor experience is a plus
Job Details:
Temporary assignments with potential for ongoing steady work
Full-time and part-time availability depending on project needs
Daily pay
Multiple job site locations across Everett, Seattle, and surrounding areas
