HireQuest Direct is now hiring General Laborers for multiple job sites throughout the Virginia Beach area. These positions offer daily pay, steady work, and immediate starts.

 Position Overview

General Laborers will assist with a variety of tasks on construction sites, cleanup projects, and general labor assignments. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work and staying active.

 Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain job sites
  • Pick up debris and materials
  • Assist with basic construction and general labor tasks
  • Load and unload materials
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Support supervisors and skilled workers as needed

 Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • No experience required — training provided

 Pay & Schedule

  • $13/hr
  • Daily pay available
  • Full‑time and part‑time shifts available
  • Hiring immediately

Requirements

-must be able to work early morning shifts

-transportation is a huge plus
