Concrete Finisher – NOW HIRING (Base Access Required)

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a long‑term project located on a secure military base.

 To access the base, applicants must have ONE of the following valid IDs:

• REAL ID–compliant driver’s license, or
• Green Card (Permanent Resident Card), or
• U.S. Passport, or
• TWIC Card

Any one of these credentials will allow entry onto the job site.

Position: Concrete Finisher

Location: Secure military base (address provided during onboarding)

 Schedule: Full‑time

 Pay: $22-28 / hr

 Start Date: ASAP

Job Duties

Concrete Finishers will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Setting forms and preparing work areas for concrete placement
• Placing, leveling, spreading, and finishing concrete using hand tools and power tools
• Operating trowels, screeds, edgers, and finishing equipment
• Repairing, patching, and resurfacing concrete surfaces as needed
• Reading blueprints or directions for layout and grade
• Ensuring proper curing, smoothing, and sealing of concrete
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working safely within all base security rules and contractor regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of concrete finishing experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Must pass any required base security screening
• Reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and safety‑focused
