OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

$16 - $17.5/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience in event planning, calendar management, and team management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and managing payroll processes.

You MUST :

  • Have your own transportation
  • Be able to pass a background and drug screen
  • Have availability to open the office at 5am. We are hiring a dispatcher
  • Must be able to work a rotating on-call weekend shift

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule workers for jobs
  • Maintain our PPE equipment collecting from workers at the end of the day.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and workers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Supervise office activities including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls through phone systems.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support team management by assisting with administrative tasks related to personnel management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in calendar management and event planning.
  • Experience with payroll systems is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with various phone systems and administrative software applications.
