Stone Countertop Installer & Fabricator

Full-Time Temp-to-Hire $16–$22/hr (Based on Experience)

We are hiring for a family-owned stone countertop company seeking skilled, reliable individuals with both installation and fabrication experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your craft alongside one of the best fabricators in the region.

Position Overview

We are hiring candidates who have experience in stone countertop installation and fabrication. Depending on your background, you may be placed primarily in installation or fabrication—but flexibility and willingness to do both is important.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Occasional Saturdays
• Hours may vary; 35 hours/week minimum

Requirements

• 5+ years of fabrication experience
• 2+ years of installation experience
• Ability and willingness to work in both roles as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Drug-free workplace — random drug screens performed
• No background check required
• Comfortable working in a Brazilian/Spanish-influenced culture
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Forklift certification is a plus

Compensation & Employment Details

• $16–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Temp-to-hire position
