Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management Excellence: Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of all cabins. From keeping them pristine with cleaning services to ensuring winter snow removal is done efficiently, you’ll make sure every detail is attended to.
- Upkeep & Maintenance: Be the go-to for all cabin repairs and maintenance. Whether it’s coordinating handyman services or rolling up your sleeves to take care of things yourself, you’ll keep the property in top-notch condition.
- Supplies Organization: Maintain a well-organized inventory of supplies to ensure cabins and property are always stocked with what’s needed for guest comfort and safety.
- Tenant Relations & Occupancy: Maintain high occupancy rates, ensuring tenants are happy and the property is always full. You'll be the point of contact for all tenant inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing friendly and timely service.
- Rent & Deposits Management: Collect rents and deposits in a timely manner, ensuring that all payment records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaison with Owner & Accounting: Communicate regularly with the property owner to obtain approvals and updates. You’ll also collaborate with the accounting office for tasks such as invoice payments, bank deposits, petty cash management, rental payments, and the weekly occupancy report.
- On-Site Leadership: As the face of the property, you'll interact with tenants, visitors, and contractors. You’ll be the first person people turn to for questions, concerns, or just a friendly chat, setting the tone for a welcoming environment.
- Ensuring Guest & Tenant Satisfaction: Beyond the technical tasks, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone on the property. Whether it’s responding to a maintenance request or greeting tenants, your goal is always top-notch service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Handy and comfortable with minor repairs and maintenance
- Organized with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
- Previous experience in property management or similar roles is a plus!
