What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office operations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate schedules, shipments, and service orders related to air compressors.
- Support the team with data entry, documentation, and file management in both Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Use QuickBooks to assist with invoicing and financial record-keeping.
- Be the go-to problem solver for the team—helping resolve any challenges with a positive attitude and a solution-focused approach.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Assist with inventory tracking and coordination of orders.
