As a Business Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our dedicated Sales and Operations teams. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth order execution, accurate invoicing, and efficient inventory management.
Here's what a day might look like for you:
- Become an invoicing whiz: Generate precise invoices and credit memos using our ERP system, ensuring they reflect sold products, contractual agreements, and current pricing
- Eagle-eyed order review: Sharpen your skills by reviewing and revising purchase orders for accuracy, guaranteeing they match price sheets and specifications.
- Collaboration is key: Work seamlessly with internal departments like Operations to keep the sales process running smoothly.
- Accounts receivable Rockstar: Support the accounts receivable process by handling customer correspondence and service requests.
- Sales sidekick: Lend a helping hand to the sales team with tasks like CRM order entry, quote revisions, and customer follow-up
- Relationship builder extraordinaire: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments, providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
We're looking for someone who:
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Has at least 2 years of experience in a previous customer service or sales support role
· Is proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills
· Can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
· Possesses excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
· Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interactions
· Can solve problems using sound, inclusive reasoning, and good judgment
· Enjoys collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment
· Can work flexible hours that include evenings and weekends (every 3rd weekend)
