As a Concrete Demolition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our demolition projects, ensuring the safe and efficient removal of concrete structures. Responsibilities:
- Concrete Demolition: Safely and effectively demolish concrete structures, including floors, walls, columns, and foundations, using various tools and techniques.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain specialized demolition equipment, such as jackhammers, saws, and excavators, to facilitate the demolition process.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Site Preparation: Prepare the demolition site by securing the area, erecting safety barriers, and implementing dust control measures.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of concrete debris and other materials in accordance with environmental regulations and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, contractors, and construction crews, to coordinate demolition activities and ensure project objectives are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of demolition activities, including documentation of work performed, equipment used, and any incidents or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
