Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm

Starts at $16.50/hr.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year Nozzle Room Technician experience
• Must have knowledge of multi-nozzle structural foam molding and injection molding
• Must possess good mechanical ability
• Must be able to troubleshoot heaters and thermocouples
• Must have basic electrical skills
• Must be able to lift 65 lbs. up to shoulder height daily on an on-going basis without assistance
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs. above head occasionally
• Push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop on an on-going basis
• Grip and hold parts and hand tools continuously during your 8+ hour shift

Responsibilities: 

• Perform cleaning of nozzles following use on the production floor using an oxygen acetylene torch or other tools as needed
• Perform minor electrical tasks
• Inspect all heaters and thermocouples for proper operation
• Replace heaters and thermocouples as required
• Attend daily meetings to discuss production schedule and concerns 
• Inspect, repair, or replace parts as needed such as nozzles, tips, cylinders, hydraulic fittings, hoses, thermocouples, and heaters
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of injection nozzles
• Maintain nozzle cylinders
