Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong general maintenance skills with a solid background in electrical work.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance tasks
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Inspect equipment and facilities and identify maintenance needs
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality
Assist with preventative maintenance as needed
Requirements
Previous maintenance experience required
Electrical experience required
Hotel or commercial maintenance experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and perform general repairs
Must be dependable and able to work independently
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
