Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking Saw Operators and Assembly Line Workers for a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment in Selma, AL. This role involves setting up and operating machinery to cut materials, as well as assembling components on a production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up industrial saws and machinery safely and efficiently.
Assemble finished products according to production specifications and quality standards.
Read production orders and use measuring tools (tape measure) to ensure accuracy.
Work outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment, exposed to weather, noise, and dust.
Lift, push, or pull heavy materials frequently (up to 50 lbs+).
Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Must be able to work comfortably in an outdoor, industrial environment.
Previous experience in saw operation, manufacturing, or heavy labor is preferred but not required.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
