Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

 Start Date: ASAP

 Location: Dublin, VA (45 minutes from our office)

 Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation

💼 Position Overview

We are looking for two experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join a hardworking crew on a muddy, active job site. This role involves operating a variety of equipment and occasionally getting hands-on with ground work when needed. If you're comfortable working outdoors, climbing into large equipment, and getting dirty, this job is for you.

🛠️ Equipment Experience Needed

Candidates should have experience with:

  • Skid Steer
  • Excavator
  • Roll-Off Truck (truck that lifts and dumps materials)
  • Backhoe

📌 Job Duties Include

  • Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently
  • Digging holes and performing basic earthwork tasks
  • Working in muddy and physically demanding environments
  • Assisting with ground tasks as needed
  • Climbing into equipment—must be physically capable
  • Following site safety rules and directions from supervisors

💵 Pay & Perks

  • $21/hr
  • 30-minute lunch is paid
  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

Requirements

Must have own transportation

Must be able to work outdoors

Must be able to get in and out of machines
