We are seeking a reliable and skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of carpentry tasks, possess their own tools and reliable transportation, and be ready to work on projects in the Roanoke area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with daily pay, offering the chance to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

🔨 Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry work including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Construct, repair, and install frameworks, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related trade.
• Must provide own tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Must register in person at our Roanoke, VA office before beginning work.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
