This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist skilled trades, keep job sites safe and clean, and help ensure projects run smoothly. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and learning new skills, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely.
• Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and follow all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and varying conditions.
• Reliable transportation is a huge plus.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous construction or labor experience is helpful but not required.
