Full-Time

What We Offer
Starting pay up to $22/hr + $1.50 shift differential (based on experience)
12-hour shifts (6:00–6:00) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Overtime available
Paid holidays, vacation, and personal time

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced environment
Follow safety and quality guidelines to ensure consistent product standards
Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
Keep work area clean and organized
Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, not required
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (including weekends/holidays)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
