Help Keep Our Roadways Safe!
We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Certified Traffic Control Flaggers to join our growing team. As a Certified Flagger, you play a critical role in protecting road crews, motorists, and pedestrians by maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow through construction and work zones.

Key Responsibilities
Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and two-way radios.
Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control devices, including signs, cones, barricades, and other safety equipment.
Communicate effectively with fellow flaggers, supervisors, and equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient traffic movement.
Remain vigilant and aware of changing traffic patterns, road conditions, and potential hazards.
Follow all company policies and state traffic control regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Valid state-approved Traffic Control Flagger Certification (ATSSA, NSC, or equivalent required).
Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours) in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and confident directions.
Dependable transportation and excellent attendance.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, including traffic cones, signs, and sign stands.
