About the Role
HireQuest Direct is hiring a Client Development & Business Partnerships Representative to support and grow relationships with local businesses in the Charlotte market.
This role focuses on relationship building, professional outreach, and partnership development — not high-pressure sales tactics. You will work closely with local companies to understand their workforce needs and connect them with reliable staffing solutions.
Training and support are provided, and this position offers long-term career growth within a nationally recognized staffing organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
Conduct in-person client visits and follow-ups
Identify workforce needs and recommend staffing solutions
Partner with internal branch teams to support client success
Track outreach and activity in company systems
Represent HireQuest Direct professionally throughout the Raleigh market
Manage a structured sales pipeline with clear goals and expectations
Compensation & Growth
Competitive base salary during training period
After 6 months turns into commission only with NO CAPS on earnings

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or client relations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to build trust
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule
Reliable transportation required
Staffing industry or B2B experience is a plus but not required.
