Construction Groundskeeper

Job Description:

As a Construction Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction sites are clean, organized, and free of debris. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for our construction companies.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials
• Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, and trimming grass and weeds
• Sweep and clear walkways, driveways, and other areas to prevent slips, trips, and falls
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Skills Required:

• No previous experience in grounds keeping is required
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and address safety hazards
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
