What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and warranty work on both reciprocating and rotary screw air compressors, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues both in the shop and out in the field.
- Deliver exceptional service while problem-solving complex compressor issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal equipment performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to extend the life of air compressors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and service recommendations.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, with a focus on delivering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service quality and improve operational workflows.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, working with reciprocating and rotary screw air compressors.
- Electrical & Mechanical Skills: Solid experience in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet and find efficient solutions.
- Field & Shop Work: Ability to work in both shop and field environments, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills, providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
