You’ll work on welding a variety of products used in the agricultural and oilfield sectors, ensuring high-quality standards and safety. 

Position Overview: 

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on agricultural and oilfield products. You must have a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of quality welding work. The role requires someone who is reliable, focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, safety-conscious work environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials used in agricultural and oilfield products. 
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure proper welding techniques are applied. 
• Inspect welded materials to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. 
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. 
• Work in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on efficiency and safety. 
• Collaborate with team members when needed but be able to work independently. 
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including using personal protective equipment (PPE). 
• Complete all required paperwork, including work logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records. 

Requirements: 

• Proven welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) in industrial applications (agricultural, oilfield, or similar sectors). 
• Ability to pass a welding test as part of the interview process. 
• Knowledge of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and material types. 
• Familiarity with welding inspection tools (gauges, micrometers, etc.). 
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. 
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma 
• Certification in welding or related training. 
• Experience with high-pressure systems or equipment (oil & gas industry). 
• Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat, weather, etc.) as required by specific projects.
