Production Welder

HireQuest Direct of Minot is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Welder. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, with a strong commitment to precision and safety. This role involves working on various production welding projects, ensuring high-quality and durable welds.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals and materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Set up welding machines and equipment according to job specifications.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Work with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to work safely.
• Certification in welding is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
