Retail Stocking Associate

Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and replenishing merchandise, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock shelves and display areas with new merchandise
• Organize and arrange products according to store guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Conduct regular shelf counts and inventory checks
• Clean and maintain the store environment, including shelves and displays

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move products, as well as stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of inventory management practices
