Carpenter - Skilled

Are you a talented carpenter looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our dynamic team. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using hand tools and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
• Build and repair wooden structures, frameworks, and furniture.
• Ensure high quality and durability of all finished products.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on the job site.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter.
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Good physical condition and endurance.
• High school diploma; successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is a plus.
