Retail Associate – Donation Sorting & Pricing 

Location: Minot, ND 

Pay: $16-20/hour 

Position Type: Full Time 

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Retail Associate to join our team. This role involves sorting donated items, assigning price labels, and preparing products for sale in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sort and organize donated items according to store standards 
• Assign price labels to items based on established pricing guidelines 
• Ensure donated products are clean and in good condition for sale 
• Assist with restocking shelves and organizing the sales floor 
• Provide excellent customer service when needed 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Follow all safety and store procedures 

Qualifications: 

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus 
• Attention to detail and ability to organize efficiently 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Strong communication skills 
• Must pass a background check
