Responsibilities:

1. Construction Tasks: Perform a variety of construction tasks, including framing, concrete work, roofing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing.
2. Material Handling: Assist in the movement, organization, and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
3. Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain hand and power tools, as well as construction machinery and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
4. Blueprint Reading: Interpret construction plans and drawings to effectively carry out assigned tasks.
5. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any potential hazards or incidents.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other construction team members, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion.
7. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring adherence to construction specifications, codes, and regulations.
8. Site Cleanup: Keep the construction site clean and organized, including removal of debris and waste materials.

Qualifications:

1. Construction Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with various construction methods, tools, and materials is a plus.
2. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in construction work. Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
4. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
5. Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to following safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
