1. Manual Labor: Perform a wide range of physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
2. Construction Support: Assist with various construction activities, such as site preparation, digging trenches, pouring concrete, and installing or removing temporary structures.
3. Cleanup and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, including removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials.
4. Equipment Operation: Operate basic hand tools and small machinery under supervision and following safety guidelines.
5. Material Handling: Assist in the movement and storage of materials, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, following instructions and maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents.
