Customer Setup Specialist

Job Description:

HireQuest Direct is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Setup Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient customer onboarding, system data accuracy, and internal coordination with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction while following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all customer setups, including PDI table setups for customers, locations, sites, vendors, taxes, items, salespersons, pricing rules, costs, freight rates, and more.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure carriers understand delivery, taxes, products, first invoice, and payment processes.

- Enforce clarity, consistency, and accuracy of system data to ensure high-quality customer service and minimal credit rebills.

- Promote a positive and productive work environment, working with the management team to ensure fair and timely evaluations of all team members.

- Follow and enforce company policies and established procedures.

- Demonstrate safe work and risk management practices, reporting any safety issues and incidents in line with company policies.

- Ensure confidentiality of collected data and maintain secure records.

- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage daily tasks efficiently.

- Handle conflicts and ensure technical accuracy in work, coordinating with other teams to resolve issues effectively.

- Meet all performance expectations, completing assigned duties to the highest standards.

- Travel as required to different locations, using various conventional means, including air and motor vehicles.
