Your responsibilities will include debris removal, waste disposal, equipment cleaning, and general site maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleanup and maintenance tasks at construction sites, including debris removal, sweeping, and mopping.
• Collect, separate, and dispose of construction waste, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used on-site.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of temporary barriers, signs, and safety equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks within designated timelines.
• Report any hazards, damages, or issues observed on-site to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction site cleanup or related field is preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as well as perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards or safety risks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
