Receiving Dock Worker

HireQuest Direct is looking for a Dock Auditor in Mora, MN. In this position you will ensure production is closely monitored for in-process visual inspections/audits per part requirements and supports and trains production personnel. Supports the Quality Auditor.

1st shift | Monday-Friday | 7am-3pm

$15.50/hr.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs. up to shoulder height daily on an on-going basis without assistance
• Must have forklift and warehouse experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs. above head occasionally
• Must be able to push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop on an on-going basis
• Must be able to grip and hold parts and hand tools continuously (8 hours shift)
• Must be able to use miscellaneous hand tools including manual, pneumatic, and powered
• Able to work with small parts down to a bolt size of 1/4" in diameter
• Good hand and wrist dexterity
• Visually inspect all parts
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must have steel toe/composite toe shoes/boots
• Able to work overtime when needed
• Excellent written and oral communications skills

Responsibilities:

• Complete final part to label comparison at shipping and verifies shipping label against production label
• Keeps record of the results of verifications and reports any issues found at verification to shipping supervisor
• Verifies that product is good by: 1) Part to label comparison, the production label is stamped 2) Shipping label to production label comparison, the shipping label is stamped 
• Maintain clean workstation 
• Strong attention to detail/accuracy
• Problem solving skills (pragmatic and methodical)
• Other duties as assigned
