Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with a variety of physical tasks, including loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, basic construction support, equipment handling, and general maintenance duties. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks as assigned
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled trades workers and supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and job sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow company safety procedures and policies
- Remove debris and dispose of waste materials properly
- Set up and tear down work areas or equipment
- Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50–100 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Previous labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping experience is a plus but not required
Working Conditions
- Indoor and outdoor work environments
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding work requiring stamina and strength
- May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling
Preferred Skills
- Construction or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Forklift or equipment operation experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
