Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable General Labor Worker to assist with a variety of physical tasks across job sites or facilities. This role involves supporting daily operations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The ideal candidate is hardworking, adaptable, and able to follow instructions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of manual labor tasks as assigned
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with project needs
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal
Move, stack, and organize materials and supplies
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform routine maintenance tasks when needed
Complete tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (preferred but not required)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work in different environments and conditions
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior labor or construction experience is a plus
Work Environment:
Work may be indoors or outdoors depending on assignment
Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
