Job Description
Pallet Builder Requirements:
Previous pallet building, carpentry, or construction experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate power tools and pneumatic nail guns.
Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints or drawings.
Able to lift to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection.
Dependable with a strong focus on workplace safety.
Pallet Builder Job Duties:
Build custom wood pallets and crates using power tools and pneumatic nail guns.
Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to assemble products accurately.
Operate hand tools, nail guns, and staple guns safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
