Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder / Pipe Fitter to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality fabrication, installation, and maintenance of piping systems in a safe and efficient manner.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools while meeting industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks, including cutting, assembling, and installing piping systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Fabricate and install piping according to specifications
Inspect welds and completed work to ensure quality and compliance
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Typical Duties:
Daily work may include measuring and cutting materials, fitting and securing pipes, performing welds, and assisting with system repairs or modifications to ensure proper function and durability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in welding and pipe fitting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Work Environment:
Industrial or construction settings requiring physical labor, standing, bending, and working with tools and machinery.
