Schedule: 7 Days per Week, 4 Hours per Day

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused U-Haul Customer Service Representative to assist customers with rental services, product sales, and trailer equipment support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, provides exceptional customer service, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with the U-Haul rental process from start to finish.
Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding rental equipment and services.
Print rental agreements, receipts, and other customer documents.
Sell and promote U-Haul products and services.
Assist customers with trailer hookups and basic equipment connections to vehicles.
Ensure rental equipment is properly prepared and ready for customer use.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Comfortable interacting with customers and handling sales transactions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mechanical aptitude helpful for assisting with trailer hookups, but willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment as needed.
