Carpenter – Day Shift – $18.00–$20.00/hr – Palm Coast, FL
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Overtime may be available based on project needs.
HireQuest Direct is hiring temporary Carpenters for projects in Palm Coast, FL and the surrounding areas, including Bunnell, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Flagler County. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties:
* Measure and cut materials using hand tools.
* Read and use a tape measure accurately.
* Assist with framing, repairs, and carpentry projects.
* Install or assemble wood and building materials.
* Keep the work area clean and organized.
* Follow supervisor instructions and job site safety rules.
* Work with the crew to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
* Must be able to use hand tools safely and effectively.
* Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
* Previous carpentry experience is preferred.
* Must be able to lift, carry, and move building materials.
* Must be able to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions as needed.
* Must wear appropriate PPE and work boots as required by the job site.
