What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing job sites and helping projects stay on track
Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
Digging, lifting, moving materials, and keeping sites clean and safe
Following directions from supervisors and crew leaders
Working as part of a team to get the job done right
Working outdoors in different weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
Experience with tools and basic construction equipment
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Someone who shows up ready to work hard
Physical Requirements
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and shoveling throughout the day
Comfortable working in the elements
