Pay: $40–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Experience: 5+ years of relevant BAS/HVAC controls experience
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are recruiting an experienced BAS Integrator for a commercial opportunity in the Nashville
area. This is a highly technical, hands-on position for a professional who understands how
building automation systems, HVAC equipment, and controls work together.
The ideal candidate will have experience integrating, configuring, troubleshooting,
commissioning, and supporting commercial BAS and HVAC control systems. Experience with
Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, and/or Niagara/Tridium is strongly preferred. Niagara 3 or
Niagara 4 certification is a major plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Integrate and support commercial building automation and HVAC control systems
● Configure, troubleshoot, and diagnose BAS and HVAC control systems
● Integrate HVAC equipment and controls into building automation systems
● Troubleshoot communication, controls, and system integration issues
● Work with BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, and
Niagara/Tridium
● Support system commissioning and ensure proper system operation
● Monitor system performance and identify control-related issues
● Travel between commercial facilities as assigned
● Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly with customers, team members, and
management
● Maintain accurate service documentation and timekeeping
● Work independently and know when complex issues require additional support or
escalation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● 5+ years of BAS and/or HVAC controls experience
● Hands-on experience integrating commercial HVAC controls
● Experience with at least one major BAS platform
● Strong experience with Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens, Niagara/Tridium, or similar
systems
● Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
● Ability to work independently in commercial environments
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to complete required documentation and timekeeping accurately
● Clean motor vehicle record and valid driver's license
● Ability to successfully complete a required background check and drug screen
