Job Description
Assemble roof and floor trusses according to engineered drawings and specifications.
Lift, carry, and position lumber and truss components throughout the production process.
Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely.
Load, stack, and organize lumber and finished trusses.
Perform repetitive manual labor while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor.
Regularly lift and carry lumber weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional team lifts for heavier materials.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and outdoor conditions when necessary.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Manufacturing or construction experience is preferred but not required-will train motivated individuals.
