Location: Madison Heights, VA (Worksites in Roanoke & Surrounding Areas)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:30-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Carpenter to join our team, specializing in window and door installations in newly built homes. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and an understanding of trim work and measurement techniques. Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors in new residential properties
- Assist with trim work to ensure seamless finishes
- Read and accurately interpret tape measurements (a MUST)
- Work closely with a team to maintain project efficiency
- Ensure all installations meet industry and safety standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read and measure precisely using a tape measure
- Own required tools:
- Tape measure
- Speed square (for accurate measurement)
- Full-sized hammer
- Must have reliable transportation to Madison Heights, VA
- Must be able to ride in company trucks to job sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
