🔹 Certified Flagger Responsibilities:
✅ Control and direct traffic around active construction zones
✅ Set up and remove work zone signs and barricades
✅ Communicate with construction crews to ensure safety
✅ Follow state and federal safety regulations
✅ Maintain a professional and alert presence on-site
🔹 General Laborer Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with loading and unloading materials
✅ Operate basic hand and power tools
✅ Perform site cleanup and debris removal
✅ Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks
✅ Follow all workplace safety guidelines
🔸 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Flaggers: Must have valid certification (state-specific requirements)
✔ Laborers: Prior construction experience preferred but not required
✔ Physically Fit: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
✔ Safety-Conscious: Must follow strict worksite protocols
