Key Responsibilities:

• Directing traffic:
• Using hand signals, flags, and other devices to guide the flow of traffic, both vehicles and pedestrians, through the work zone. 
• Ensuring safety:
• Adhering to strict safety guidelines, monitoring traffic flow, and reporting any safety hazards or concerns to appropriate personnel. 
• Communicating with drivers and construction crews:
• Providing clear instructions and communicating any changes in traffic patterns to motorists and construction workers. 
• Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices:
• Placing and removing traffic cones, barricades, signs, and other devices to create and maintain safe work zones. 
• Reporting incidents:
• Reporting any incidents, such as traffic violations or safety concerns, to the appropriate authorities.
